Located in the leafy expatriate suburbia of Persiaran Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, Flint Restaurant & Bar is the latest addition to the Vintry Group of Restaurants and is essentially a steakhouse offering prime cuts, as well as a range of daily changing fish and seafood.
Flint is a casual family-friendly restaurant with an interior that is warm, rustic, and so familiarly homely a place that one can comfortably settle down to, whether you are from across the seas or street.
We aim to offer excellent quality to price ratio for our menu items, echoing the philosophy that has served our sister outlets under the Vintry Group, which has built up a loyal following for 10 years.
Flint's pork-free menu of soulful, hearty American fare features the freshest of seafood, vegetables and poultry, as well as seasonal prime cuts from various origins.
These fine produce are cooked with the specially imported cast iron Bertha Charcoal Oven and the Drumbeque, a charcoal BBQ drum smoker from the UK. Fueled only by charcoal and firewood, the ovens are capable of reaching high intensity heat that seal in the moistness and essential flavours of any produce and ingredient, yet at the same time imparting a delicious smoky char.
