Homed in the Medan Damansara Kasah row of restaurants, Stoked Restaurant & Bar is the first restaurant in Asia to feature the specially-imported Bertha charcoal oven from England.
Stoked is a casual semi-fine-dining establishment of 2,000sq ft with a non-smoking section. The interior of Stoked echoes the cool confines of a wine cellar with raw brick walls interspersed with wooden features.
We aim to offer excellent quality to price ratio for our menu items, echoing the philosophy that has served our sister outlets, namely the Vintry Wine Bars & Restaurants who have built up a loyal following for almost 10 years now.
The cuisine of Stoked reflects a locavore principle with an attitude of foraging local areas in Malaysia for the freshest seafood, vegetables and poultry, as well as featuring prime cuts from various origins. These are presented in an honest and wholesome manner, with delicate embellishments of sauces and condiments.
Bertha is our resident 300kg cast-iron English manufactured oven. Fueled only by charcoal and firewood, the oven is capable of reaching 600°C; the high intensity heat potential to seal in the moistness and essential flavours of any produce and ingredient, yet at the same time imparting a delicious smoky char.
